Mahishini’s interests lie in socially engaged and place based architecture. Co-design, civic participation, exploring practices of space and place, theories of place based solidarity and practicing architecture that goes beyond its physical limitations have been her strong principles in her Dissertation. Since completing her Masters, her portfolio of work consists of being involved in a wide range of projects varying from mixed use developments, residential projects, housing development, hotel renovation and villa development, renovations, Interior design.
